Mr Siqi Cao was appointed to the Board of Sealand on 8 December 2025 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is an experienced entrepreneur and corporate executive with over a decade of experience spanning investment, corporate management and capital markets advisory. Mr Cao has been instrumental in driving the Group’s strategic development and regional expansion across Asia. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s overall business operations, formulating corporate strategy, and leading the identification and execution of growth opportunities. He also serves as a Director of Glitter Connect Group Limited, Sealand’s Hong Kong-based subsidiary, where he has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s presence in the region, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting cross-border business initiatives. Mr Cao brings extensive experience in project management, asset and investment advisory, as well as IPO and capital markets transactions. His expertise covers the full lifecycle of transactions, from origination and structuring through to execution and post-transaction management.

Ms Elena Suet Sum Law has served as Chairwoman and Executive Director since November 2024, following over seven years as General Manager. She has led the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring the effectiveness of its commercial operations and driving organizational growth. Ms Law holds a Bachelor’s degree from City University, Hong Kong, earned in 2016. Her leadership combines strategic vision with operational expertise, positioning Sealand Capital Galaxy to capitalize on emerging opportunities in transformative technologies.

Mr Geoffrey Griggs is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, with extensive experience across UK listed companies, digital marketing, and the advertising sectors. He has held a range of Executive and Non-Executive Director roles in both public and private companies, including board positions within AIM-listed businesses and companies operating in property services, technology, marketing, and environmental services. His experience spans corporate finance, strategic growth, and governance, including involvement in IPOs, business expansion, and M&A activity. Geoffrey began his career with KPMG in the City of London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into senior finance and advisory roles, including positions associated with Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank. He has since built a broad portfolio career advising and supporting businesses across multiple sectors. He is a member of the City of London Club, a Liveryman of the Chartered Accountants’ Company, and a Member of MCC, and brings a strong network alongside deep expertise in corporate governance and financial strategy.

Mr Terng serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and brings over 10 years of professional experience in audit, corporate advisory and capital markets, with expertise spanning mergers and acquisitions, strategic investment execution, capital raising and initial public offering advisory, as well as financial reporting, compliance and regulatory advisory services. He has developed extensive experience in cross-border transactions, with exposure across China, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Terng worked in financial advisory and audit at GreenPro Capital Corp (Hong Kong), having previously worked at Kaizen CPA Limited in Hong Kong and started his career in audit in Malaysia. Mr Terng is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and also holds the designation of ASEAN Certified Public Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
